What We Do

Step 1 - Application

When you contact us we will ask you to provide some details.  This will enable us to begin the process of researching an appropriate loan.  We will give you a list of the documents we need to process your loan and arrange a time for a meeting.
This can be at your place or you can come to us.

Step 2 - Contact & Review

You can provide us with all other necessary information at the meeting.  We will then submit your loan to the agreed lender.

Step 3 - Approval Process

We will keep you informed regarding the progress of your loan application and let you know when it is approved.  We will then explain how final settlement will be processed.


We are an independent broking services company.  Our aggregator through whom our lenders direct commissions, is Red Rock Brokers Group Pty Ltd.  Generally, we do not charge our clients a fee for service.  We obtain our commissions from our lenders.

We also offer real estate investment advice and are members of the Property Investment Professionals of Australia organisation and are Qualified Property Investment Advisors.


The mortgage and lending packages offered by banks and other financial institutions are often complex, offering many options and choices.  It can be very challenging to assess and evaluate these options, difficult to compare them, match them against your needs, and then select the optimum deal.  This can be time consuming, and if you make the wrong choice, a potentially costly exercise.


A qualified and experienced broker can do this on your behalf at no cost, either of your time or wallet.  A broker can assess your requirements, research the choices and present you with the options that are best suited to your requirements.


Having identified the best deal for you, we can then assist with, and submit, the appropriate application and required paperwork for you and keep you informed on the progress of your application.


We have access to a comprehensive range of financial institutions and are covered by professional indemnity insurance.


We are trained and qualified above and beyond industry requirements, members of the professional body, Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA) and members of the Financial Ombudsman Service Ltd. We are obliged to participate in continuing professional development, a requirement that we wholeheartedly support.


So what are finance or mortgage brokers?

They are independent and licensed professionals who use their training and experience to find the best mortgages and loans for your requirements, providing you with an unbiased opinion to enable you to select from what is available.

What will this cost you?

There is NO COST to you, the client.  Brokers are paid by the bank or financial institution from which the mortgage is obtained.

How do brokers find the best rates?
